Before the Buckle

"Waiting is painful. Forgetting is painful. But not knowing which to do is the worst kind of suffering." -Paulo Coelho

Sometimes small thoughts build up to a fort in your head. Prioritizing and learning to let things go becomes a struggle as the fort becomes stronger and heavier. Every thought is stored and every idea is kept, before the buckle.

This piece was inspired by having to manage the everyday struggle of life, stress, overthinking, and prioritizing that had built up a fort stronger in many ways.
